Meet the Executive Council!
As president, Faith is the official spokesperson of Panhellenic, presiding over all meetings and overseeing the rest of the board members. She is responsible for maintaning correspondence with/between individual chapters, and is generally in charge of all things related to the Panhellenic community.

Allie Balling
Allie, as VP of Recruitment, is the authority that runs fall primary recruitment. She chairs the Panhellenic Recruitment Team, and is responsible for all logistics related to recruitment, as well as making sure everything is run smoothly and according to set guidelines.

Bella assists Allie as the VP of Recruitment, and is in charge of all Recruitment Guides and their training. RGs will be assigned to a group of girls going through recruitment, and are there to give unbiased advice or guidance. It is Bella’s job to make sure RGs are properly trained and able to mentor our new members!

As the VP of Public Relations, Kaylan is in charge of all Panhellenic outreach and social media, including Instagram, TikTok, and this website. She is also responsible for all forms of recruitment marketing, as well as all Panhellenic merchandise and apparel.

Isabella’s position handles all disputes that rise between Panhellenic organizations, especially those that relate to primary recruitment. She is also in charge of making sure everyone adheres to the general Panhellenic bylaws and all Recruitment Rules.

Panhellenic is committed to diversity and inclusion in our community, which is where Viv comes in. She is in charge of all diversity trainings and educational programs, and ensures that everyone feels safe to have a voice, especially during primary recruitment.

Kaia’s role is to handle all financial affairs of Panhellenic, such as organizing the annual budget, maintaining all financial reports, and keeping up to date with all bills and invoices.

Scarlett’s role in Panhellenic is to ensure that we are giving back to the community. She plans a philanthropy event for Panhellenic every semester, and also serves on the Greek Week committee, as it is a week of service and fundraising for underrepresented causes.

Marina serves as the planner behind Panhellenic and some Fraternity-Sorority Life (FSL) events. Her job description includes coming up with social and member development programming for the Panhellenic community, as well as serving on the committee in charge of Greek Week.

As a college association, Panhellenic values academic success, and Ceymone’s position is all about supporting our members in this pursuit. She is in charge of coordinating educational and scholarship programs, as well as assisting any Panhellenic member that has fallen below a certain GPA.
